Browsing shared files can be initiated from a workspace by selecting a user, clicking the right mouse button and selecting "Browse Shared Files".

Getting to know the browse window

A description of features in the browse window:

1. User name - Name of the user being browsed.
2. Path - Current location.
3. Download - Click to download selected files.
4. Slideshow - Click to view selected images in a slideshow.
5. Workspace address - Address of the workspace you initiated the browse session from.
6. Checkbox - Click to select files for download or slideshow.
7. Name - Click file name to view the file directly in the browse window.
8. Size - Size of the the file.
9. Date modified - Date the file was last modified.

While browsing documents, you can either click on a document to see it in the browse window, or you can select files and click download.

Slideshow

Selected images can be viewed by clicking "Slideshow" on the toolbar, and makes it simple to view shared photos and graphics. The slideshow will advance every 5 seconds, and you can pause, move forward, backward and stop the slideshow at any time. The slideshow menu option is only enabled if images have been selected in the folder you are browsing.
